  I have rented many trucks from this place and after the last time, never again. He brought around a truck that took a bit to start, in front of us, he just said it was cold. That was a lie. For 4 days of travel, every time we stopped for sleep, food, fuel - the thing took a couple times to start. Plus one of the keys didn’t work so you had to make sure you had the correct one in the ignition. More than a dozen times were we starting to panic about being stranded with a truck of personal belongings we would have to reload into another truck without the hired help we had to load it. All of those times I was ready to call the road service line. I usually choose Penske due to reliability and this was clearly not a Penske issue but an authorized dealer issue and them not checking their trucks. This place was definitely reported to Penske because other than faulty trucks they have some faulty customer service practices. I mean having a political position is one thing, having such hateful posters and opinions that you speak out to your customers - especially those you are speaking against, doesn’t make it feel like a safe place to rent from.

  Very disappointed. I tried several times to call to discuss my pickup time, but couldn't get through the messaging system. They just don't answer the phone. The truck was okay, but was no way to lock the driver's side door, even with the key. The office is messy and full of political posters. Hard pass next time.
