I am also a very experienced traveler and have dealt with many other car rental companies in other states. Most of them being rather unpleasant experiences. But from now on, I will choose Enterprise. They have the absolute best and most caring customer service. They were spot on, willing and ready to customize my needs, even giving me a discount with my insurance. They worked with me even when I wasn't sure how long my personal vehicle would be out of commission. Every time I called to extend the rental, it was always quick and easy and no problem. I rented a brand new Hyundai Kona which was also a pleasant experience and fun to drive. Absolutely worth every dollar, thank you Enterprise!
