- MTMs TDec 19, 20255.0We reserved a 4 wheel drive truck for a trip across the cascades on a busy weekend. There was flooding the day before and several cars were not returned as expected. We got a truck that was larger than expected but not 4 wheel drive. We were not told it wasn't. The clerk at nearly noon Saturday was doing a great job keeping her composure with several customers getting replacement vehicles and down to her last available car at closing time. When we returned Monday the manager was in and very gracious. Overall the experience qas excellent, great vehicle and value. Will rent again.
