  Shady practices. Was told I had to buy another alternator to replace the lifetime warranty one that went bad. When I questioned this, I was told by “the manager” it was because employees were ordering parts fraudulently. Not my problem. Lost my business. Jerrys/Napa from here on out.

  If you want to get parts fast, you have better luck ordering them online into your house. These people are the most useless people you’ll ever meet. on their phones, so unprofessional asked for help. Just kept on saying hold on hold on when the dude was literally on his cell Phone. I’m sorry, but some people actually have things they Gotta do. and don’t have all day to wait until they feel like helping you. I had to go and search for my own parts because they couldn’t be bothered.

  Terrible manager and employees that do not have people skills. I walked in the store and was shopping and no employees on the floor. I had to find someone that was behind the counter too busy with his work and ask him where to find some push pins and he told me where they were. I went to the checkout to pay. There was now nobody on the sales floor!! I waited and finally an employee came in the store with a couple of people. He walked by me, said nothing, then walked by me again and said he would be with me. But he started helping the people that walked in the store. I was before them and he helped them. Then the manager walked past me, said nothing to me. He walked past me again and I said to him, are you going to check me out or what? He said it would me a minute. I said I don't have any time left. I dropped the nuts and bolts on the counter and walked out of the store. If a Regional Manager reads this complaint, you should be aware that you have bad management at this location and you should be there. If you have the time?? I went across the street to BiMart, found friendly employees and the product I needed. Next time I need auto parts, I will shop O'Reillys!!
