  I thought I would be looking at a big bill for window not working right and lift door not going all the way up plus regular service. The mechanic had the two problems fixed in a flash and showed me how to fix that if it happened again. Astonishing surprise. Thank you.

  I went there to just ask questions and formulate a plan to get into a Subaru Outback Wilderness. Within 4 hours they were able to approve me and put me behind the wheel of my dream vehicle!! They service from start to beginning was perfect. They constantly checked on me and made sure I was aware of every step while it was happening. They also answered all my questions promptly and quickly and with a smile. Rick the one who helped me from start to finish was amazing!!! He even took time to sit in car with me and give me the run down of how all the new technology worked. I beyond happy and impressed with everything!!!

  I made an appointment to have my battery checked for possible replacement. They needed it for longer so gave me a ride home. Just over an hour later they called to advise the battery failed the test. Fortunately I had purchased the forever battery coverage and there was no charge for my new battery. I was well taken care of.

  My car broke down near Wenatchee while I was on my way to Snohomish from Wilson Creek. I called Cascade and talked with two technicians about the problem. They advised that I have my car towed. I soon was on my way in a loaner/ rental car. They kept me updated on progress and cost. I’d had work done on this car last fall by Cascade and my trust in their expertise was validated once again.
