I looked on their website, which said they had a toolkit in stock and for sale. Based on previous negative experiences I called ahead to confirm that the website was accurate. They confirmed that they had four toolkits in stock. What they did not mention was that all four were used loaner toolkits.
Edit: AutoZone requested I contact them, as seen in the response to this review. I sent them an email on 03-19-2026. As of 04-24-2026 they have taken no further action that I know of, outside of telling me the information reflected in my update below.
Update: According to their customer service, when their website says "In Store Pickup, Ready Today, Free" it doesn't mean it literally - it means it's an item they typically stock in their remote fulfillment warehouse.

Shady practices. Was told I had to buy another alternator to replace the lifetime warranty one that went bad. When I questioned this, I was told by “the manager” it was because employees were ordering parts fraudulently. Not my problem. Lost my business. Jerrys/Napa from here on out.
If you want to get parts fast, you have better luck ordering them online into your house. These people are the most useless people you’ll ever meet. on their phones, so unprofessional asked for help. Just kept on saying hold on hold on when the dude was literally on his cell Phone. I’m sorry, but some people actually have things they Gotta do. and don’t have all day to wait until they feel like helping you. I had to go and search for my own parts because they couldn’t be bothered.

Came in to buy windshield wipers, and Brian was SUPER helpful, and quickly installed them for us!
