  I rented a car here last minute after my previous rental broke down and left me stranded. I wasn’t expecting much given it’s a smaller location and it was very last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was given an excellent, like-new car that drove perfectly. I’ve rented cars from other companies before but this was the best experience I’ve had. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful and friendly, both at pickup and drop-off. I didn’t catch his name, but his service really stood out. I would highly recommend this branch - they genuinely saved my trip. Thank you so much, and I look forward to renting again when I’m in town.

  Booked a car for an important business trip days in advance. They called me day of after I was asked to and did check in to tell me there are no cars. And that they could put me on a wait list for three days from the time of my reservation. As if this is going to be a good option for anybody. Wasted my time and put me in a desperate place day of my trip. Truly unbelievable. BEWARE.
