Car was damaged do to Misters carwash, was emailed a report and told I'd here back and clearly says in 72 hrs on the email and nothing. So call # on report and have to leave a message someone will get back to you in 72 hrs. Still nothing so called the carwash and talked to the Assistant Manager who was great since the General Manager is out. Said wanted to talk to someone today who's the next person which is the regional manager named Chris they called him and received a call back from him and basically said it's the general manager issue she needs to take care of it.Taking the easy way out and shows they don't care. Meanwhile I have dash lights on and front end damage and just have to wait till I guess they feel like giving a shit! Cancelled all 4 car washes and will be telling everyone to do the same and to be letting everyone know what a horrible company and and higher ups they have! Don't come here!
