- RSruby safley5 days ago1.0Went in today for a simple oil change and coolant top off. They said I was due for a coolant flush so I decided to get one today. The person performing the services looses the coolant cap in my car. No big deal. Took 15 minutes for them to actually let me know what’s happening but no big deal. They let me know the coolant cap will be covered on them. Well duh you guys lost it? Then the manager doesn’t come over and speak to me after this happens, doesn’t offer a partial refund for the wasted time. Over $200 spent and 2 hours of my time. I am not coming back here again. This is embarrassing being one of the people writing these reviews but I’m genuinely shocked the manager didn’t even apologize for how long I had been sitting there waiting or offer literally anything to make the situation better

I sat in line for over an hour and watched who i believe to be an assistant manager treat everyone like trash then threw a fit towards me when i got in the bay because i didnt have time for all the services i originally wanted . I ended up denying any service and opted to leave .
- PGPam GobleMar 28, 20265.0Full deal, radiator, transmission and oil change today. Every single employee gave it their all. I highly recommend and will continue to be a loyal customer. I’ll add that their service is consistently excellent. This particular group of employees at the Orchards location worked together in unison. I had 4-5 people work on my vehicle for all the services I requested because some are really good at certain things. It streamlined the process. If management sees this review they deserve to be recognized.

He tackled the problem head-on, kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, and didn’t stop until it was resolved. His customer service was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely dedicated to helping. It’s rare to find someone who puts in that kind of effort. Adrian is a true asset to the Valvoline team and I’ll be coming back because of him!
