Their mechanic/technicians are Wonderful, very reasonable and a Delight to speak with about your vehicle services!! I was recommended to come here for my daughter and I am So Thankful I was told about them!! We had unfortunately been to a couple other places as we are pretty new to the area and both the other places left a Bad taste in our mouths with some Dishonest things I will leave out. The service performed today was Especially Important with Summer's Hot weather on it's way, as our young grandkids will be riding in their mom's van a lot!! Thank You, to Each of you Great People at NW Import & Domestic Specialists!!! We Sincerely Appreciate you Kindness and Expertise!!

- BCbrinley campOct 24, 20255.0Recently had my volvo serviced for an oil housing fix. these guys are awesome. i was able to get my car towed and they were able to start working on it right away. if you have a euro car you know its hard to find a reliable place who you know wont mess up your car and at a reasonable price. these guys did amazing it was so so fast and they only had my car for a day. obviously it was a crazy long fix but it just felt so easy coming here. the front desk lady and cory (and whoever else helped) did amazing! thank you guys so much! will be a returning customer 😁

They have taken care of my cars and treated me with the utmost respect. The prices are very comparable to other automotive repair businesses. What makes them standout is they put their customers experience first. BEST customer service and my cars run and work great because of them. Thank you for taking care of my cars!!!! I forgot to explain their diversity regarding types of vehicles they worked on for me. Mitsubishi, GMC, Ford, Jeep, and now our Dodge. They are so knowledgeable and having that certification is big. They also take great care of their employees. But they do expect employees to be kind to customers because customers come first.
