  So impressed by this Valvoline crew! Had an oil change yesterday and Robert and the group did a great job. Explained everything and didn’t push a new air filter, cabin filter, etc., when they saw the current filters looked fine. Driving the next day I realized the dust cover for the oil pan hadn’t been completely tightened so I called the manager, Aaron, to let him know. He stopped by the house after the shop closed to personally fix the issue. Professional from start to finish and so pleasant to work with!

  Went in for an oil change and a quick check on the basics. Dan was cool and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I’m not a mechanic and don’t know much about cars. That being said I have a ‘05 hyundai elantra. It’s a new to me car and I knew it needed to be looked at. After the oil changed (which went well) I asked about everything else listed. They asked about tire pressure and asked if where they were was good, I told him “I don’t know, you’re the expert.” The only thing they recommended about my tires was to have them rotated. What happened here Dan?

  Regretfully leaving a review after a recent visit that resulted an oil leak in my driveway. I returned to this shop to explain that this just started after getting the oil change and they looked but said it was not their issue and claimed it was another issue with the gasket. I then took it to my standard mechanic who noted drain plug was not properly tightened and confirmed gasket was not issue and they adjusted and the leak completely stopped. They didn’t charge me for this fix. I will not be visiting this location and will be very hesitant in visiting other valvolines. The staff was very friendly and helpful but ultimately there was a miss on quality that is the primary reason for my visit. *also tried to call to give this feedback directly to management and did eventually after 7mins on hold to speak to remote customer service who was very friendly.

  Arron has amazing customer service this is definitely going to be our regular place from now on this is the 3rd car bring to Valvoline this month. The first one we went to Hazel Del location and they did ok there. I like this mill plain location a lot though. They even have little gifts for the kids to pick from. They are fast, efficient, and very kind. Thank you Arron and Taomen for making our experiences exceptional while getting our cars serviced. It feels really nice to have a place to go where we can trust the people working on our vehicles! I used to go to Jiffy Lube but there were too many times things that were missed like oil plugs and such. We will definitely be loyal customers to Valvoline on mill plain from now on.
