  I’ve been a long-time Valvoline customer and have had many oil changes with no issues, but this visit was extremely disappointing. After my service, the tech closed my hood with oily gloves, leaving fingerprints and oil spots all over the front of my black car. Then they started wiping it down with paper towels, and one girl even started with a towel that already had oil on it. They were wiping so aggressively that I told them, “It’s fine, I’ll take care of it at home,” and they stopped. But once I got home and looked closely, I realized there was a lot more oil on my hood than I thought. The paper towels had already left fine scratches in my paint, and I ended up having to buff it all out myself. Black paint shows everything, and this was just careless. As someone who’s been coming to Valvoline for years, this was the worst experience I’ve had. I won’t be returning to this location again unless the training and attention to detail improves.

  The gal who helped throughout the whole transaction was very thorough with explaining the recommendations and super nice too. Everyone was fast and efficient during the oil change and I’ll definitely be back again for the quick drive through service, thanks to everyone at this shop!

  Polite staff. I went in today right after I had run through the car wash, but if I were you I'd wait until after your oil is changed before running through the car wash. At least one of the lube techs need to wash their uniform or jacket though; judging by the amount of oil they left on my fender after leaning on my car. It's not a brand new car, but that shouldn't matter. There's no reason to be laying across folks' paint. I went in because I got a $25 off coupon in the mail, but then had to spend an additional $15 at the carwash, to get the oil off of my car... not cool, kids

  Found my new oil change spot! I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a shot before a trip to Seattle. I generally go to Jiffy Lube, where I've paid as much as $130 for an oil change. Pulling up the prices, a basic oil change for low mileage vehicles is $55, and the synthetic oil I needed was $78 before the coupon. I only paid $58 for my oil change. Even my mechanic in Battle Ground charges $90! On top of the fair price, the vibe is just better here. You won't find macho cis dudes shouting over each other and making you feel dumb for bringing your car in. Polite, friendly service with clear communication and no judgment. They changed my oil FAST too, I'm pretty sure I was only sitting there 10-12 minutes (I arrived shortly after they opened). Oil garages are overstimulating by default, but this was the least overstimulated I've felt at one, so I'm making this my regular location until I move.
