He went above and beyond with his knowledge and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I always come here for my truck and car needs and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this place!

He worked quickly but was still incredibly thorough when inspecting my vehicle. I really appreciated that he explained what services were recommended while also being honest about the things my car didn’t actually need. That level of transparency and integrity is rare and makes a big difference as a customer. Austin was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be coming back to Valvoline for the life of my vehicle. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for providing such great service.
- FGFrances Garcia4 days ago1.0This is 2 times I had a messed up with this company I wouldn't trust them anymore. I had one young guy mes my filter. Then I went to a different place they lied to me about the light. Then I took it back and they put the wrong oil in it so I lost $97. But my son seen the ticket on the window he got upset the very next day he had changed the oil to that caused another $100 right there. How did they do is make you lose money. You can't even get down to make sure they're doing the job right I recommend these people to stop going there..

I have gone to oil can Henry's and they only try to get as much out you as they possibly can. Donald did not push or say that I needed to have things done immediately. Donald recommended services and I agree that they need to be done but I wasn't prepared because I just recently got this car. I appreciate Donald for his honesty and he is the reason why I will never go anywhere else ever again!!!

Was recognized almost right away by a staff, waited less than five minutes to enter a bay. Many workers started on my vehicle. Whole service took about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, there were so many hands in the vehicle that one of the staff did make a mistake and started extracting the oil after I was completely paid and finished. He also opted to use non verbal communication only to which I suggested verbal communication is highly recommended in this industry. Still, I trust this company to provide my regular auto maintenance, keep me safe and give me a good price. I will return.
