And when they didn’t have the correct filter for my car, they immediately got it and within reasonable time put it in! I will definitely be coming back again.

- NGNatalya GOct 9, 20253.0This spot is very convenient for me and an oil change is an oil change and the workers are always pleasant. But, I have been coming to them for several years and even though it's never the same technicians or staff, they never check and top off all the items they advertise. I saw my coolant was 1.5inches below the minimum before I came in. When they printed my receipt, it said they topped off my window washer fluid but that the coolant was checked and was okay. As someone who doesn't know what they are doing, it is so nice to come in twice a year, get reminders for services needed based on manufacturer recommendations, and have everything topped off since I don't know how to do all of that. To think I trusted them to check and top off my coolant for me means that I don't check, and that my car will have problems due to something they told me they checked. It's very frustrating. And I've noticed every time that some item is marked off as checked that they don't check. When I asked them to make sure to top off my coolant today.. after I had gotten my receipt that showed it was checked.. they told me they saw it was low but the color looked wrong so they figured theirs wouldn't be compatible. That's cool and all, but TELL ME "Hey your coolant is low but ours might not be compatible". And guess what, I got my coolant refilled with them (a $200 flush and refill service) prior to this.. so it was their fluid to begin with.. it's just so annoying. You don't need to do all these things for free for me.. except that you advertised it as part of the price and you MARKED it as checked and fine. That feels like more than negligence, but like company policy with how much this happens.
