    Last oil change on 2021 wrangler went to this store. They were told only change oil and not anything else. We'll I'm replacing battery and notice all the screws missing from air cleaner lid. Lift lid up and my very expensive k&n forever filter is gone. Instead I find a cheap valvoline filter, and charge pipe full of dirt. Really hoping 🙏 it hasn't destroyed turbo sucking dust thru because the idiots didnt even put screws back in securing lid

    Maybe don't strip my three screws that hold my skid plate on my 2020 Honda CRV. Also don't bend the skid plate pan to shit. Also don't tell me at the end you can't put it back on because you don't have the screws, and then put it in my trunk. I did the oil change last on that car in my parents garage. The screws were perfect, and tightened by a screwdriver not a screw gun. Also watch what the hell you're doing when you're doing your job. I will not have any of my friends or family ever go there, not even for an oil change. There is no care or respect at that place, and they don't care if they break anything... Plus they won't tell you until the end like they did with me and putting the skid plate in the trunk.
