I really like that they offer to check all my lights, they caught that my brake lights were out in the past, I had no idea. To be honest, they do give better service when they're not busy with people waiting but I can understand that.

David on the other hand was mad that I pulled in cause he wanted to go the the bank and was showing annoyance thru yelling and body language. Very unprofessional and embarrassing as a grown man. Would not recommend dealing with David. Thank you Will!

Even with the complexity of a European car, they always come through, and after years going there the staff have remained competent and responsive even with the expected turnover in this type of business. Kinleigh and the crew provided superior service and were helpful - and not remotely pushy - in offering additional services that I had not taken care of. Too notch crew.
