After my husband and son pushed the car out of the intersection, I drove to their rescue to jump start the car but our other car wasn't powerful enough to jump it. After asking a few people at the gas station to help jump us and getting zero help, my husband walked over to Valvoline to see if they could help. The manager promptly walked over with his jump start unit and saved the day! They also replaced our battery after having to drive to a different location to pick up our specialty battery (our car has the auto off feature when breaking) at no extra cost and truly saved the day. All the staff was super friendly and the manager really went above and beyond to help us. The price was amazing, service amazing and I cannot speak more highly about these folks!!

I know a lot of places do that for free but I really liked how friendly and helpful they were. I will definitely bring my gas car for oil and other services.

The customer service there is bar on the best in the industry. I don't know what you do in training when you prepare your teams to do their jobs, but they're all friendly, funny, intelligent, Crisp, clear, and focused, and knowledgeable. Everything is done in such a precise manner that the customer has no need whatsoever to worry that things are missed. Absolutely love your stores; whoever put this business together knew what they were doing!
