  Stopped to put air in tire. Air machine ate my money without turning on. Went in to tell the staff and was told the machine is owned by a different company and not their responsibility. That would be okay if it was properly labeled. The staff told me the coin part had no been working and there was an out of order sign on there. Which there was NOT. They said maybe "maintenance came by fixed it, but now it's not working again." After the staff finally decided to make a sign to put on it the employee pointed out a label, facing away from anything a customer would look at, to indicate that it was not owned by them (the label was not clear on that either) The bottom line is this; If Sinclair does not own the machine, then there should be very clear, and very visible signage indicated that, and removing Sinclair's responsibility. Any reasonable person would assume with the way it is now that it belongs to the store. The fact that it is not is on the store. Being told to "call a number on the side of the machine" is not an acceptable response with the way the situation sits now. The staff getting upset is not acceptable. Further, having the staff completely refuse to give me any way to lodge a complaint with the management (not the guy who's the "manager" that was just as clueless) or the owner is a problem. What other big issues is the staff hiding from the owner? I have been getting gas and other things at this station for 25+ years. I'll be going to the AM/PM across the street now.

  Very happy workers; polite, helpful, friendly. The place was a bit of a pit (that's an opinion). The store selection was limited with a major focus on alcohol.

  Anyome who says the staff here are rude are either liars or probably just rude themselves. I have been going here for years now and have always been treated with respect. I've seen people come in and act like children and then blame the staff but it's your own fault you just don't want to admit it. Owners are great, staff is amazing and there's a reason you fine problems where you go, it's YOU, not everyone else.

  They do not update their gas prices. Travelled across town to get gas from them and it was considerably more than advertised.
