Something on the highway tore my tire and this was the closest shop I could get to. I was in a panic, but they took care of me right away and patched the tire in just a few minutes. They even had Pac Man for my kid to play while we waited. They were so kind and helpful!

I am a manager of a small automotive repair shop here in Vancouver, up to now I had been referring My customers to Richey's for alignment because we do not do alignments, so when the front tires on my vehicle were wearing excessivly on the outer edge I took my vehicle to Richey's for an alignment, they aligned the vehicle and said it only needed minor adjustments, so I asked why they thought the front tires had excessive wear after being on the vehicle for only 7,000 miles, they said "it's a lack of maintenance and under inflation but it sure is not because of the alignment". This really did not add up because mis alignment is what causes excessive wear to tires, so I took it back to my shop and han my technition remove all the wheels and inspect, he found the drivers front lower control arm bushing torn and severe cracking on the passenger front. Well this explains the excessive tire wear because with torn control arm bushings the vehicle will not stay in alignment as the suspension will be constantly shifting around when driving. Richey's should have told me about the torn bushings and advised me to fix that before aligning the vehicle. Guess they really did not want to loose the $169.00 sale or maybe there technicians are not thorough when doing their job.

Spent around $600 on new tires from here, and paid for a lifetime warranty. Within a year I got a flat. Took it in and they patched it. Within a year it was flat again. Took it elsewhere and was told that point s patched a part of the tire wall that isn't repairable and shouldn't have been patched. I should have been given a new tire because the spot the hole was in was not repairable and them patching it was dangerous. Won't buy tires here ever again.
