  Good truck, but a terrible drop off experience at this location. We filled up the tank completely at a gas station right around the corner from drop off, and not being able to add more gas due to the pump clicking multiple times to say it was full. We arrived at this location to drop off the truck and noticed the area it was parked was on a pretty significant slope - one that caused the gas tank to read as “7/8” full, which resulted in a whopping $69 additional charge for this “missing” gas. Quite likely the angle of the drop off point caused the tank to read lower than it actually was. We contested this with the rep, who simply showed us a photo she took of the tank gauge (with the truck on this slope) and said, “I’m just going with what I am seeing” even after I suggested the truck was at an angle and asked that we park the truck in a non-sloped area. Surely she would know that an angled truck will misreport its fuel gauge, thereby misrepresenting the customer for which they are performing final inspection. This significantly impacted our trust in Penske and will be reported immediately for both the lack of consideration by this rep and their lack of understanding of how to correctly evaluate Penske trucks when during drop off. Avoid this location for drop offs unless you want to be charged hidden fees that Penske says they won’t charge you!

  I always use this place to drop off the one-way rentals. So far they didn’t disappoint me with the great service. Today, I even had the best drop off experience. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work!

  I have used Penske in the past and they were somewhat ok. Customer service wasn't that good and the truck that I was given was horrible. The steering was loose, it just drove horrible. None the less i needed another truck for an upcoming date and I talked to summer over the phone who told me that for a 1 day rental, that it would cost me nearly $450. When I asked for an explanation, she told me that it must be peak season. I own a moving company and the end of march is not peak season. She also told me that her system was making me rent the truck for 2 days. So I asked her if I would be refunded for the 2nd day being that I clearly stated that I only needed it for one day and she said no, I would be charged because that is there policy!! Well then, that's just fine summer!! I would have rented truck from you all summer long. NOT A CHANCE!!! Customer service was horrible as well. Try hiring people who actually care about the company...Good ridens!
