  Good truck, but a terrible drop off experience at this location. We filled up the tank completely at a gas station right around the corner from drop off, and not being able to add more gas due to the pump clicking multiple times to say it was full. We arrived at this location to drop off the truck and noticed the area it was parked was on a pretty significant slope - one that caused the gas tank to read as “7/8” full, which resulted in a whopping $69 additional charge for this “missing” gas. Quite likely the angle of the drop off point caused the tank to read lower than it actually was. We contested this with the rep, who simply showed us a photo she took of the tank gauge (with the truck on this slope) and said, “I’m just going with what I am seeing” even after I suggested the truck was at an angle and asked that we park the truck in a non-sloped area. Surely she would know that an angled truck will misreport its fuel gauge, thereby misrepresenting the customer for which they are performing final inspection. This significantly impacted our trust in Penske and will be reported immediately for both the lack of consideration by this rep and their lack of understanding of how to correctly evaluate Penske trucks when during drop off. Avoid this location for drop offs unless you want to be charged hidden fees that Penske says they won’t charge you!

  Great customer service. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and Jenny was very courteous and helpful despite me arriving so late. Will recommend in the future 😊

  It was wonderful renting over there because I got a nice military discount, and the lady on the front desk her name is JENNY, I believe. She was patient and took time to talk to her, and her manager both helped me out. Thank you If you are military doing Personnel Property Moving PPM please go to penske

  This store would get 10 stars. Always easy to set up reservations, great staff, I will certainly continue using them for all my rental needs.

  Truck had a leak that ruined several boxes of items including some irreplaceable item, like pictures and electronics, plus soaked several cushions and a corner of the couch. The company has not been helpful in the least and has not been responsive so far in helping my daughter and son-in-law with a claim on damages.
