Jiffy Lube has a lot of turn over, it seems they can't hold on to employees long term, this may be an ownership/corporate issue, however, I never have an issue. Always fast service. They are very professional and thorough.
- LCL CJan 2, 20261.0Went in for oil change and paid for a coolant top off and left with overheating issues, they put an air bubble in the system and on Jeeps its not as simple as squeezing the coolant line you have to pump the whole system or have an elevated filter and go through quite the process to fix turned into a several hundred dollar issue they admitted it was likely from the top off and the employee with the ponytail was super helpful and trying his best to fix until what I assume was the manager stepped in and basically said its not there fault and they are not willing to do anything about it. I would avoid this location never had issues at any others.
