The day after my service, one of my tires was completely flat and sitting on the rim. I had no prior issues with that tire before my visit. It appears the valve stem may have been tampered with or damaged during service. In addition, my vehicle was overfilled with oil. Shortly after the oil change, my car began having acceleration issues and would not respond properly when pressing the gas pedal. This caused me to miss work and created a very stressful situation. I trusted Jiffy Lube to perform basic maintenance correctly, but instead I left with new problems that cost me time and money. I would strongly recommend double-checking your vehicle before leaving their location and monitoring your car closely after service. Very disappointed with the quality and care provided.
