We had to buy wiper fluid and fill it after the oil change was done. The wiper fluid was empty. I am extremely mad as husband is leaving at 5am on a 12 hour road drive. It leads me to question if they did infact change the oil and filter. This is very unacceptable. And very sad because they were going to be our new go to car place as I live right by. Due to the dishonesty of the service we received, a customer is lost. $90 for a basic walmart oil change. That is what I got. What else did they not do and stated on paper that they did do. Did my oil filter get changed? Did they even change the oil? Was it even synthetic blend like they charged me for? So many questions when you will lie about something as basic as a 2 minute vacuum and window clean.
