I contacted the manager J completely took care of me and went above and beyond with assistance and support. If you need a truck, Rent from the Vancouver Washington location because a manager Jay will be there when you need him.

Be wary of early morning pick ups (pre 8am) and call to confirm there’s actually a vehicle. The staff that is there on time are friendly but can’t actually help you unfortunately.
