  These guys are great. Very professional and they go above and beyond the call to help their customers. I have left a pair of glasses in a car that I dropped off and they were kind enough to mail them back to me. I want to specifically thank Girish, I owe you one.

  They claimed that the car had a small dent in it .. but didn't say so at the time. How can anyone trust them?

  Used this rental location due to post accident car repairs. Insurance set up rental thru them. First go around was fine no issues or confusion. When we needed a second round of rental car to finish repairs to my car we have had nothing but ridiculous billing and bait and switch issues with costs and reimbursements. Enterprise billed the wrong rate so insurance didn't cover it all, and when pointed out from us and insurance they refused to fully fix it. The local office was helpful but not really and just created further confusion instead of fixing the rate issue they knew was valid. Instead we had to spend hours on various calls over a few weeks trying to get it fixed. Now today we got essentially a pre -collection notice saying the refund they agreed to issue us was accounted for wrong and we are marked as balance due instead of refund issued ( which they did indeed issue the refund) . Again four phone calls today across various levels to fix. I would caution anyone when they rent from here about advertise rates, accounting, charging for things not agreed to, and accounting after the fact. This is a. location we would likely avoid at all costs in the future due to their inability and unwillingness to charge correctly and fix billing issues they even agree are their problem.

  I’ve rented from Enterprise on a few different occasions. The most recently was when my car broke down and was in the shop waiting for a diagnosis. Navigating their website was pretty easy to find the right car that fit my needs. When I picked up the rental, the car was clean and felt practically new, I could tell they took care of their cars, which to me says they car about their customers. A day before my rental was due I found out that my car was pretty much for the scrap yard and I needed to extend my rental. I wasn’t quite sure how to do that online so I called customer service and they helped me out right away, the process was super easy. When I found a permeant car for myself I was in a rush to return the rental before they closed, on a Sunday no less. I was worried I’d just miss them and called explaining my situation, they said if I was close by they would wait a few extra minutes while I fueled up the car and returned it. I barely got there before closing. Customer service was kind, friendly, fast and efficient. From start to finish they treated me like I mattered. Even though there’s not much of renting options around, I’d still choose Enterprise every time. They care about their customers and their business.
