This was easily the best experience I’ve had with a rental car company, especially compared to past experiences elsewhere. Given that I was coming off a car accident and needed a vehicle quickly, this level of service was exactly what I needed. Enterprise and my insurance company worked seamlessly together, which removed a huge amount of stress and allowed me to focus on what I needed to handle next. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise, both in accident-related situations and as a general car rental option.

Picked me up from body shop took me to the rental office did quick paperwork and was on my way. The car was nice and drop off was equally as easy. Rare to have such a good experience renting a car!

And no one told me until I was stranded at this location, with no one able or even wanting to help as I'm forced to walk home over an hour in the pouring rain. Really treating your potential customers well. -5/5 stars. I've had kinder help with Uber. Ridiculous. Waste of time, effort and money.
