  I arrived five minutes after my rental time, which apparently was also five minutes after they closed (just a suggestion, you guys should probably adjust the online rental reservations to stop like 15 minutes before you close that way if someone is running late they won't get there to find that you've closed). Not that it was anyone's fault but my own that I was five minutes behind. The man was nice enough to open the door and help me through my transaction (life saver, as we were headed to Idaho for a concert)! Despite my late arrival kind of prolonging his work day, he was very friendly and made sure I didn't feel bad about doing so. Fast forward to a few days later, same gentleman (I think he said his name was Jason), again, great customer service, genuinely warm and friendly (not the fake friendly that annoys you), and got me out the door quickly. We just moved to the area, so it's a new location for me, so I wanted to be sure and recognize the kind service!

  Renting a car for a month that have no problems no hostile no in any problem at all whatsoever they were very nice and friendly and courtesy and very helpful I forget the lady's name but she was very nice she help me out on on the insurance company and all thank you so very much Enterprise I will be renting a car again soon
