    All staff took an active interest in taking care of my needs. From reaching out with a phone call proactively with the reservation, to pick up and drop off, to active phone calls to keep up with the reservation status. Everyone made me feel heard and cared for.

    This place is great- as long as everything goes perfectly their way. There are so many parts as to why I will never use them again, specifically this location. I’ll try my best to keep to the highlights of this absurdly long situation- My car was totaled and the insurance that covered my rental extended my rental car from Wednesday to Saturday. I received a text from Enterprise stating the change. That Friday someone from this location called me, one time while I was working so I didn’t answer or see the call until later, and instead of leaving me a voicemail they called my boyfriend whose name is not on this rental (I believe he was an emergency contact, I’m not certain where they got his number) and told him I had to drop it off between 11-2pm. He text me this info so I didn’t call them back. Now it’s Saturday at 11:20am, I’m at the 66th location in the rental car and the gate is closed. The drop box is on the other side of the gate. No way to get in. So I head to the other location I know of on Mill Plain and as I’m on my way I call my 66th st location and get forwarded to their customer service line. The lady on the phone tells me, “All locations are closed and you can only return the car to where you picked it up from unless you have manager approval but since they’re closed you do not have that approval. You’ll have to keep it until Monday and return before 5pm.” I let her know this rental was through insurance and I cannot pay to keep it until then. She guaranteed me I would not pay for this extended use of the vehicle. I triple checked and asked her to put that down in my notes that I won’t be charged and she did. I return the car that Monday before 5pm. The guy tells me he doesn’t see anything about not paying for the rental and to call them back and he won’t charge my card yet. I call and the person on the line says he sees the note and sent in a request to remove the charge and it may take up to two weeks. It was rejected by the location manager. I call again roughly two weeks later, same thing. My card has now been charged. I call again another two weeks later. Rejected. I call again three weeks later and now they say my notes are gone. I sat with that then decided no, I’ll just dispute it with my bank. I call three weeks after that and ask for them to pull the recording of the phone call so I can dispute it and they tell me they are sending the manager the recording of the phone call so they can review it and dispute the charge on their end. Once again, rejected. This time I call and ask for the recording for myself. I’m told a request is being sent to a manager for me to get the recording and they confirm I am legally able to have the recording. That evening around 5:40pm I get a call from Olivia at the 66th st location. She repetitively tells me I need to call the insurance company that covered my rental and tell them to cover the cost. One, they told me they cannot do that. Two, it was not Geico’s fault, it was an enterprise issue. I asked Olivia for proof of them contacting me because she had told me “We tried reaching out to you several times and couldn’t get through and your voicemail box was not set up.” (I received one phone call, and they had left me voicemails in the recent past so I know this was made up). She gave me no proof. I asked Olivia for proof of them telling me where I needed to drop the rental off because I only ever received which day, my boyfriend was the one who told me the time, and she told me, “It’s not that hard to look on Google and see what locations are open.” Word. For. Word. She then said, “I’m tired of repeating myself, I can send you a copy of your receipt so you can give it to your insurance but we are closing.” And then HUNG UP ON ME. This company does not stand behind their word. Everyone I spoke to from customer service was very polite and seemed helpful but at the end of the day, I’m not sure they did anything to help. Also, I am very unimpressed with Olivia’s customer service skills with the lack of listening and over-speaking.

    Olivia was very helpful and efficient. I walked in to pick up a scheduled rental and was on my way in less than 15 minutes with a car of my choice. She returned all my deposits promptly upon return of the vehicle and ensured I was dripped off at the dealership that was serving my car. She was very friendly and personable and someone I would recommend going to see if you need a rental car in the Vancouver area.

    Olivia was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. I have never had to deal with renting a car after an accident and she made it extremely easy and stress free. She explained everything and was extremely detailed. I was grateful for how easy she made this experience.
