  I came into AutoZone last night needing help with my vehicle and not being experienced when it comes to vehicles, I did not expect to receive so much help and knowledge like I did from Kana, I absolutely love her expertise and I hope she is around for a very long time. She helped with removing and replacing my battery on my German vehicle and now I will forever know this process. I appreciate you so much Kana and I hope more people at AutoZone follow in your footsteps 🙏🏾🙏🏾

  Worst service ever who ever was working there Friday night wouldn’t let me in couple minutes before they closed to buy some tools cause my tire was about to fall off 0 start

  Went in to Auto zone yesterday because a girl 4 months ago sold me the wrong vehicle headlights, returned both and bought the correct headlight and fog light, however it cost me $163.00 for all. Last night I went on Amazon and found the exact same items for $8.99 for the fog lights, and $16.99 for the headlights. So, I purchased those, and today went to return the items; the 1st time I went I didn't have the correct credit card to make the refund, so I left and went home to get it, then returned and the second time while returning the item I was in conversation with one of the managers and the girl at the register cut me off and said you need to not raise your voice, I said excuse me, what the hell? The manager then said he didn't raise his voice, she then said don't cuss in front off me, I said why don't you just ring me up and let me talk with your manager and she said I will not be disrespected, I said no one disrespected you! Autozone, you need to fire her because she doesn't know her job, second; if I am talking with a manager she needs to mind her own business, the manager even said I never raised my voice. I will never return here, this place will only rip u off, and that girl is clueless. This auto zone just lost my business forever and whomever owns this place should definitely consider firing her, you don't need people working for you that are rude, nor does she have the right to be rude to customers when she doesn't even know what she is talking about.

  I came here to replace a battery. The sales clerk looked at my bad battery and said, "Oh, this is a NAPA battery and it's probably still under warranty. You want to call them first?" Any employee could have easily taken advantage of my mistake and sold me a new battery but this employee prioritized me over their store profit. Autozone's consistently excellent employess are the principle reason I always try to go there (and why I didn't even check if my battery was from someone else :P).
