  I rarely visit auto parts stores, but my search for a finish sprayer led me to the 104th Ave AuroZone. I ended up making several purchases in a couple months. I was surprised at the friendly helpful service in my first visit, and guessed it was a lucky break. But when all three visits were just as good, I realized they must be intentional about customer service. Well done!

  Darcy was kind from the moment I entered greeted and welcomed me while she finished up with another customer. She helped me find what I needed and even cleaned my windshield and installed my new wiper blades. Appreciate the wonderful customer first service.

  Kana went above and beyond to help me out, creating a best-in-clas experience for me from the moment I walked in the door. Not only did she advise me on the head lamp bulb I needed for my car, but she kindly guided me toward the correct choice, as I'd come in thinking I needed the wrong one. She further advised on an upsell that I didn't mind in the least: an upgrade to the bulb for better brightness, which my previous bulbs were severely lacking. And all of that is nice, but relatively normal. Because she then walked me out to my car, helped me remove the current bulb (which is how we found out I had the wrong replacement in mind), and even went so far as to replace both the single low lights bulb I came in with, along with the other low light and both if the brights. Kana was kind, professional, and took the time to recognize my need, hear me out, advise me with clear wisdom and knowledge, and even walk me through verbally what she was doing under my hood. I learned about my car during this trip, and it's all because Kana treated me like a human being, not just another random customer. I will be back to this AutoZone for anything and everything from now on. If they employ people like Kana and empower them to delight customers like this, then there's nowhere else I'd ever bother to go. Thank you, Kana!
