The gentleman who helped us -- I think he was the manager -- was low key, helpful, and straightforward with us. My favorite thing was that my daughter was the customer, and he spoke directly to her rather than assuming her dad was the one to talk to. He installed the battery, including the gel to prevent corrosion on the terminals, and we were out of there in maybe 15 or 20 minutes. This is where I'm going to get my auto parts from now on!

The integrity of AutoZone is very much appreciated, having employees like Vincent makes me trust and continue to be a customer to AutoZone. I purchased some fob batteries which were the main problem! So relieved and so thankful for the service I received.
