They handled everything from beginning to end, handled all the insurance issues and communicated everything to me clearly and made every effort to keep me looped in. As someone who has never had to go through the steps of a collision repair, they made it all so much easier. Would recommend Alpine to everyone as their work cannot be beat. My car looks brand new.

Had a water leak and needed it fixed, they found that the windshield was leaking, so had a new one put in, and also two side window regulators, plus resealed the OnStar antenna, it wasn't leaking but I wanted to make sure no water was getting into the cabin area. So far all good and dry.

- SCSpencer CohagenOct 21, 20255.0The customer service and the work that alpine does is great I've been taking my cars to them for over 15 years whenever needed and I have taken friends and family's cars there too their work is always the best and the people are always a pleasure to have conversations with and work with. They also communicate very well with updates on the progress of repairs. It has been several years since the last time I had any work done but I am still very impressed with their work is just wish I could afford to have them repaint my whole car so the whole thing looked as good as the area they repaired. My repairs were paid by a second parties insurance soo my cost was zero but the estimate was higher than other shops but the quality of work is also higher than other shops. Personally there is only one other shop I've ever used which also did really great work and had very similar pricing and the only reason i went somewhere else is because there wasnt an alpine shop close to me at that time. But I have seen the quality of work of several other body shops and sometimes its alright and looks good but alpine's work is great what they repaired looks new I believe they source their parts from higher quality vendors and use premium paint.
