However she was not informed about the damage that ceramic washing does to your vehicles now I have vehicles with damage due to the ceramic wash the vehicles must be prepped before a ceramic wash to remove contamination from dirt and brake dust or just metal fall out which is not being done here before you get a ceramic wash nor do they inform you about it. I filed a clam with them for repair chrysler dealership down the road quoted me 1,200 dollars plus for just the mini van paint correction. We will see if they do the right thing and start informing there customers on the risk of a ceramic wash

I signed up for the monthly car wash subscription and it’s been totally worth it. I can wash my car as often as I want, and the process is always quick and convenient. My car stays clean without having to think about it. Definitely a great value if you drive a lot or like keeping your car looking fresh.

The line to enter is slow, and people don't know how to read the signs (not the establishments fault). The machines beat the crap out of your vehicle, and they apply WAY too much tire shine. Ive parked at Lowes for an hour after, and there was so much tire shine that it slung up the sides on the drive home, making the wash pointless. Had a membership, canceled membership. I will be going back to Thurough Breed or AutoSpa.

I immediately pulled around because I noticed my front camera had an instruction and come to find out it was my license plate that had gotten bent. I immediately pulled around where I saw a bunch of employees standing around by the office. I immediately called for the manager and they sent me a supervisor. After showing the supervisor to damage to my front license plate she walked away and then talked to the manager and came back and said that it was my fault because I didn't have enough screws in my license plate and I can just bend it back into place, yet I have a standing membership with Auto Spa that I go through minimum twice a week with no damage. Then I told her let's walk around the car and make sure there's no other damage and found scratches on my running board and then finally they did a report, yet still no apology. It has been a week now and I've yet to receive any call back for the damages done to our car. By the way the 25th was my birthday!

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
