Look we took an inclosed snowmobile trailer into there store told them to replace the tires and to check the brakes and to let us know how they looked that was it they took it upon there selfs and replaced the brakes with out contacting us chargerd an outrageous price so money is a bit tight right now and we took two weeks to pay the bill but we did so mr Brian Frank took the trailer and hid it from us and told us well when you see your trailer back here that means you can have it back so I've given them 12 hours to return my trailer or I'm going to prosecute them to the fullest of the law end of story

This Christmas Eve I got a double puncture from a nail that left me high and dry before traveling to see family for the holidays. Les Schwab told me my 4 month old tire was unfixable and needed to buy 2 new tires from them. Instead of caving in I took my truck to Frank’s Tire. Frank’s staff stayed 45 minutes after closing on Christmas Eve to get me back on the road. Highly recommend giving them their business, I know I won’t spend a dollar elsewhere moving forward. Thank you Brian and Kevin!

So yesterday I was at a mini-mart on Main Street in Union Gap, trying put air in my tires. I couldn't read the tiny screen on the credit card pad with the sun shining on it. I fumbled around with it for several minutes when I heard a man's voice calling out "bring it over here". When I finally looked up I noticed it was a man all the way across Main Street at Frank's Point S, waving and telling me to bring my car over and he'd help me out. So I drove across the street and Junior guided me into a parking spot. He proceeded to fill all of my tires....for free! No strings, no sales pitch - just an awesome act of kindness for an older woman in need. Thank you again Junior, and thank you Frank's Tires for hiring good people like Junior, and allowing them to do small, yet important services for free, for people in need ❤️
