Most of the time I find a rapid oil change places like Valvoline or their competitors to be a bit concerning because of the staff fluctuations. Every time I go it's the same people and they are always very encouraging. The place is reasonable and it keeps me from making a huge mass of my own place. We have a small fleet of vehicles for our Mobile welding business that makes this a huge plus because we don't have to spend time in our own shop servicing our own vehicles. I would say it's a wash in terms of the financial impact because we are paying to have it done but it frees up more of our calendar so we can do what our vehicles are meant to do and that's make money and continue our revenue stream. Keep up the great work guys!
- PCP CApr 7, 20261.0Daughter got her oil change there today. Tell me why we are having to go to O'Reilly this evening to buy break fluid because the fluid reservoir is literally bone dry?? I am not exaggerating because her break light is now on even though her e-break isn't engaged. So is a fluid inspection not part of the 18 point inspection??! Yet they sent her home with a list of other expensive things they noticed that needed to be addressed...how convenient. I'm very disappointed.
