Today is November 29, 2025, and when I checked my dipstick, the oil level was below the third dot — very low. That is not normal after only 11 days. This tells me the oil level was never properly filled at the time of service. I’m extremely dissatisfied. I paid for a complete oil change and the proper amount of oil, and I did not receive what was advertised. I expect Valvoline to address this, correct the mistake, and ensure this does not happen again.
