- SBShawn Brovont4 days ago2.0The location is very very slow. The first time I used Valvaline I was in and out in 15 minutes at a different location. Today at this location there was one car in line and I was here 1.5 hours. I don’t recommend this location and will find other locations in the future.

The first valvoline said they could, but then refused to change my oil because “you don’t have a dipstick.” The workers and one of the managers were so helpful and knowledgeable. The manager when above and beyond to help me. I will be returning for services going forward.

When I arrived all three bays were full and two of those bays had another car in line, so I pulled up to the bay without a car waiting. After waiting 30 minutes a lady finally came out to greet me and told me they would have me in in about 5 to 10 minutes. Cool, no problem. Another 30 minutes goes by and the 2 cars that were waiting when I pulled up are finished and 2 other cars are brought in. I rolled down my window and asked an employee if he knew how much longer it would be. He just walked past and never looked up. So after over an hour and zero communication with me for over 30 minutes I left. Very disappointed with their customer service. Would not recommend.
