Never had my battery die before and since I had it jumped there have been all of zero issues. They lost the plastic push pins for my battery cover/air intake duct AND they left the screw to the bar that secures the air box sitting inside the engine bay. I would get my oil changed here again, because it's so close to home. I'd do it myself but it's against apartment complex rules. Going forward I will ADAMANTLY insist on them leaving everything else alone and just do my oil change. Oh, just a little more, when I contacted customer service they insisted that it wasn’t their fault and that I had a bad battery. So that’s fun. Had my battery tested again somewhere else. Guess what? Just dandy.
