  Recently acquired our first Toyota and experienced a service visit at Toyota of Olympia. The service was on time, cost was what was estimated and the communication was excellent. The facility is immaculate, waiting area the most pleasant of any dealership I have experienced.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Toyota of Olympia today! Shout out to Michelle, Manny, and Tom for going above and beyond during the installation of my tow package. Their patience, genuine interest, and clear explanations made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. They were incredibly welcoming—and didn’t mind at all that I had Maui & Pearl - PWDs with me. That kindness alone meant so much. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about getting things right. I left feeling confident, supported, and genuinely grateful. Highly recommend this team—they’re the real deal! Happy trails!

  We had an amazing experience at Toyota of Olympia and highly recommend them. All of the staff we worked with are knowledgeable, helpful and never made us feel pressured. In addition to a smooth car buying experience, the service department went above and beyond to complete our add-ons same day. Shout out to Charles, Mike, Francisco and KC for being awesome. Also, there is a yummy biscuit restaurant on site.

  Had a great experience at Toyota of Olympia from the point where I reached out to them online to the point I completed the purchase. Worked with someone called Jordan in the Internet department and when I went there in person, I had one of the best experiences with a car dealership sales person. Deion Moore was an absolute delight to work with. He was pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and willing to work with me in all aspects of the process of making the decision, price negotiation, other process and paperwork, the test drive , the features of the vehicle etc, and eventual delivery of the vehicle. I felt no pressure whatsoever during the whole experience. People overall at Toyota of Olympia are really nice and are transparent, honest and respectful. They don't force you or try to do anything that is questionable. Deion went above and beyond in ensuring he put the relationship with the customer above all. He ensured I was happy about the deal and sweetened it with other nuggets and also did a very friendly gesture of driving my old car to my home. I really appreciate that he always looked for a way to satisfy my request or my situation. Deion Moore is a great guy whom Id strongly recommend to work with if you are looking to purchase a Toyota. I'd not hesitate to go back to him. He is one of the biggest reasons I purchased my vehicle at Toyota of Olympia. Thanks Deion!!

  Of all the places where one might expect to find a genuine human connection, I imagine that a car dealership doesn't spring to mind. I have to tell you....from the moment I drove into this place... Toyota of Olympia felt like arriving at a well kept secret... but I'm here to open the gates and spread the word! Honestly - the true magic isn't in the amenities like their massage chairs?! are you kidding??!!! so relaxing! - and the fully equipped DELICIOUS restaurant....but rather it is in the absolutely phenomenal people on this team. Their crew could offer a masterclass in kindness...no exaggeration - they feel like a family you never knew you had. I will start with the best of the best....the creme de la creme... the star of this experience - Deion. This fella meets you with a calm, grounding presence that makes the frantic world outside just fade away. He doesn’t press or push sales or service on you ... he does something so simple...pure and open hearted - he just listens, he actually connects with you. I felt so very comfortable and at ease within just a few moments of talking to him...he is one of these chaps who you can tell vibes with just about everyone. He is intelligent, wise, considerate, compassionate and radiates charm. His altruistic character shines, he spent time sharing his own personal stories that resonated and has this way of communicating with others that naturally builds trust. The kind of real meaningful trust - that doesn't feel transactional - but truly genuine. He’s the main reason that I walked in feeling like a nervous new customer and walked out feeling like an old lifelong friend. While I waited I also got to meet Kirk Bennett, who seems like he should be on a television series serving up breakfast with a side of hilarious, his heartfelt banter, is a one-man mood elevator. He remembers your name, your story, and has a gift for making you feel like the most important person in the room. And Corey Anderson, a straight shooter who translated the complex language of car repair into straight, honest talk. He presented my car’s needs with crystal clarity, no pressure, responding to my questions with a genuine energy that felt like a partnership. He made me feel informed and accommodated, never sold to. The first visit was so jarringly good that I now drive an hour for the privilege of their care....and will continue to do so for life. I’ve been back again and again, even on my birthday!!! And when I did, they didn’t just note it in a file or wish me a happy birthday at checkout - they bought me breakfast while I waited, and the ENTIRE SERVICE TEAM gathered to surprise me and sing.... not some off key half arsed happy birthday where you can just tell the people were forced to be there and are half checked out....this crew belted out that birthday song with fervor and enthusiasm.... I swear their voices echoed through the bays with a joy that was clearly, beautiful and absolutely real. Their smiles were contagious and I felt truly celebrated. This isn’t a service center. It’s a sanctuary. They don’t just maintain your car; they restore your faith in how business should be done. I’m a customer for life.....
