    They have a huge selection, and more importantly, a little restaurant with biscuits and gravy :-). I first reached out to them via their website, and almost immediately got a reply from Mo. She was awesome. Extremely nice, and very helpful. She had me an appointment for the following day. Ill admit, it was a little daunting when i walked in, seeing how busy it was and how many people were there. I was nervous it was going to be a super long process. But they had the exact truck I wanted, so I went for it. I was immediately greeted by Kosal, my salesman. I told him the truck I was there to buy, and that I didnt need a test drive, as Im familiar with the truck. We were at a table beginning the process within 5 minutes Kasol was friendly, fast, thorough, and proffesional. He had a great attitude and a smile throughout. In a short time, He got me back to Matt (Im praying Im remembering his name correctly), the finance man. He was energetic, hilarious, and very proficient. Long story short, he got me a very fair rate, lowered my projected payments, and shared some hilarious stories with my wife and I. They very much have a family dynamic both, among the workers, and with the customer. You feel like theyve known you for years. I went in there at 430 pm, I got home in Winlock at 7. Winlock is roughly 45 minutes away. It was the fastest car buying experience Ive ever had, and from an extremely busy, huge dealership. I was blown away. I ran into an issue the following day, and Kosal called me immediately, and got me taken care of very, very quickly, no questions asked. The issue wasnt his fault whatsoever, but he went above and beyond. I will never go to another dealership for future auto purchases.

    Elo worked with me on a trade for a new Corolla. She was so lovely to work with. I had some anxiety about the expense, and she was very patient with me and helped negotiate a price I felt comfortable with. She’s very professional, patient, and kind, and made the process much easier. Elo is an asset to the dealership. I hope they know what a special employee they have. This woman deserves a raise!

    We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Toyota of Olympia. We worked with Casey & Bryceson for the sale of the vehicle and Bohman for the financing. All kind, genuine, friendly, top of the line examples of what you hope to come across in the car buying experience. Our experience was faster than any other vehicle purchase - and we walked in at 12pm on a Saturday. We were treated to biscuit house by our salesman Casey for the “wait” and still were back home by 5pm. We will refer our friends and family to buy from this dealer even with the commute to get there - simply because of how happy we are with today’s experience.

    My experience with Toyota of Olympia has been fantastic. I needed to get a new "used" vehicle. I told Johnathan Sek what I was looking for and he found the perfect car for me. Finance gave me payment options and found me a good loan with good rates. The Service Department was friendly and helpful when I brought my car in for extras I purchased. There was no pressure and I felt heard when discussing my purchase needs. I would definitely buy a car from them again and highly recommend them.

    This review is for my appointment for 2/19/2025. I want to thank Cory and Jason for their outstanding excellent service. I had a unique problem. I couldn’t be sure if the problem was caused by the vendor who put the plastic coating on my hood and bumpers to prevent rock chips or if the problem was a faulty sensor. I went to Toyota of Puyallup and explained the problem to them. They said it didn’t fall under my warranty because they said the vendor caused it. I explained I can’t be sure it was the vendor or the sensor just quit as the car I bought was used. Anyway, I called Olympia and explained the story to them and said I can’t afford to pay for all of this and it should be covered under warranty anyway. Bottom line Cory told me they would take care of it and I should not worry about it. WOW!! Cory had Jason run a full diagnostic on the car. Jason spent nearly a half hour with me running through the results of the diagnostic. I wasn’t charged for anything, and they didn’t use my warranty. They took care of me WOW!!!. Unlike Puyallup, which I had bought several cars from them and had been a loyal customer for 30 years wouldn’t help me. They said they could look at it, and I asked them if they found the problem could they fix it under the warranty and they said NO!! because it may have been the vendor who caused the problem. I again said I can’t prove it was the vendor and since I bought the car used, the sensor may have just quit working. The said Olympia would have to have the vendor pay for it. I told them I can’t prove it was the vendor as again the car was used. They wouldn’t budge. I even a few days later talked with the Service Manager and he couldn’t ever tell me if they would have just taken care of me the way Olympia did. WHAT!!! Puyallup seemed more interested in money than true customer service. They could have absorbed the cost. I wouldn’t break them and they know it. Puyallup has lost me as a customer. I will no longer do business with them since they can’t even take care of a long-time customer. Shame on them!!! Cory (without having as far as I know having to ask management) was empowered to help me and not charge me and boy did he HELP ME!! He made it very clear that Olympia would take care of me. WOW!!! When Puyallup said they could look at it, and I asked them if they would fix it then under the warranty and they said no they would charge me and even charge me to look at it. Then why would I have them even look at it if they can’t fix it. I can’t tell you how relieved I felt with the way Cory was taking care of me. Jason was also fantastic. He was kind and patient with me and explained everything about the diagnostic. Cory was outstanding also. I really want Toyota of Olympia management to recognize these two employees. Olympia certainly has built the right culture with their employees. If Olympia wasn’t nearly 50 miles from me, I would always take my car there. THANK YOU OLYMPIA!!! In my previous review I mentioned a few things I was very upset with. The Service Manager (Ed) called me and wanted to understand the situation that caused me to write such a review. I am pleased to say after speaking with Ed and the salesman that sold us the car I can say it was a very good conversation and Ed and the salesman did everything they could to rectify the situation. I am VERY PLEASED with how Toyota of Olympia handled the situation and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. Thank you Ed for all that you did. I really appreciate you reaching out and wanting to ensure that we the customer are well taken care of and have a positive experience in purchasing a car from Toyota of Olympia.
