What I really appreciate is their honesty. I had the vehicle inspected at another shop the day before, and they quoted me such an absurdly high rate that I decided it was a rare case where I needed a second opinion. Jiffy lube if tumwater inspected my vehicle and found the exact same issues, but quoted me a labor and parts expense that was 1/3 of the cost of the other mechanic! Not only that, they got me in the same day and did a few extras above and beyond. To top it off, the staff was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and even provided options to do partial service to reduce the overall bill. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the work - it changed my view on Jiffy Lube and I will be coming back here for future work.
