  I had to get a rental at this location, and I would say the customer service was great. Jayden understood my need for the rental, and made the rest of my experience seamless and smooth. I called to check on car availability and spoke to the assistant manager on duty that day, his customer service on the phone is what brought me to his location. Overall the total experience was above average, and it started by the customer service over phone and in person.

  Andrea is the absolute best at her job! I will neverrrr go to budget again after dealing with enterprises next level service! She helped me when a reservation fell through last min at budget, and was able to get me a car right away. She had such great empathy, was genuine, and was so helpful!

  I take the Amtrak down between Seattle to Portland regularly for work, a mudslide on the tracks left me and several hundred passengers stranded in Tacoma. Myself and over a dozen other beleaguered passengers found our way through the snow to the North Tacoma Enterprise. I use Enterprise car rentals for work across the country. The North Tacoma Enterprise Branch Manager, Andrea Beninghaus, was incredibly helpful to us dozen+ walk-ins who were desperate for cars down to Portland. Though they were short on inventory, she worked with her staff and cleaning crew to turn around cars quickly for us while being super communicative with the crowd during the entire process. Several "random" groups of us teamed up to carpool down and Andrew helped me get back on the road very quickly. I'll continue to use Enterprise both for my personal and business use.   We had a confirmed reservation with this Enterprise location and received a call two minutes before our scheduled pickup time telling us they didn’t have a car available. That is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The whole purpose of making a reservation is to ensure a vehicle is ready when you arrive. Being notified at the last minute left us scrambling with no realistic options. Their only suggestion was that we drive all the way to Olympia to try to get a vehicle, which is completely unreasonable when the failure was on their end. If this location cannot reliably honor reservations, they should not be accepting them. From my experience over the years, Enterprise runs their business this way.
