  I made a reservation to get a rental car and with in 2 hours before pick up time.They told you they had no vehicles available. I had to switch everything in my life just to be able to get by one more day without a vehicle, especially with mine, being in the shop.So I made a reservation for the next day and they did the same thing with AGAIN , leaving me high and dry. Having a job to go daily children to pick up , it's just ridiculous how they can cancel on mirror hours before picking up a vehicle with a reservation, it's insane.I will never come here again and i'm actually Questioning enterprise as a company its not reliable., don't bank on trying to get a car this location with the reservation because it's not a guarantee.

  First things first they had a sign up saying we will open at 930 and I had an appointment at 9 for a reason so that I can get my car and then go to work but let’s delay everyone’s appointments and then let’s also make sure that I get checked in lastly when I was there way ahead of schedule and Honestly just the fact that the agent did not take the time to properly explain the rental agreement and going over the car was just so unprofessional and I asked for a mid size car to large and i received the opposite, I ended up with a subcompact car and still had to pay for a large vehicle so yeah not at all happy, the manager offered a credit to the account and that nice and all but I feel like I was not only taken advantage of but rushed out.

  Excellent customer service, streamlined and easy pick up and return. Both the person who helped us get the rental car, and Cameron, who took the car back on return, were very helpful.
