The only solution offered was a vehicle at 5 PM, which didn’t work since my storage unit closes at 7 PM. That left me with no practical way to load my inventory and get ready in time. A reservation should mean something—especially when customers are relying on it for work. Instead, I was left scrambling last minute to find another solution and deal with unnecessary stress that could have been avoided with better planning and communication. If reliability matters to you, this experience is something to seriously consider.
