If they would have a better way to manage what is getting done like if you are needing a battery change well go to this lane and if you are just needing a oil change go to this lane. I would believe this place will be great. Have a lane for longer services and have a lane for oil changes that are quick in and oit and this place will be good.
- KMkyle mortonFeb 19, 20261.0They overfilled my engine twice. The first time, they pulled out a full half quart and it still showed as slightly over the fill line. The second time, I didn't even manage to make it 30 miles before the overfilled engine ended up blowing a gasket or otherwise somehow dying. I was left stranded at their shop (I barely made it back on an engine that was sounding like it had wrenches loose inside of it). They refused to take liability for it, claiming that it was my "10000 miles between visits," that did it, not even bothering to ask if I'd had anyone else change my oil (Which I had, but they're too full of themselves to think that I'd take my car anywhere else) between visiting them. They even went so far as to *deny* ever overfilling it, even though both of the people who checked the car that day confirmed it verbally that it had been overfilled. Let alone the mysterious lack of paperwork for when I had returned to get some oil *removed* the first time they did this. They wouldn't even offer to help me tow the car back to my house less than a mile down the road. I refuse to use them ever again, or even so much as their oil products. I will avoid Valvoline with a vengeance from here on out.
