- JMJohn R MillerNov 17, 20255.0Great service and great customer service! I got a pre-purchase inspection from them on a 2011 328i convertible that I was interested in purchasing. They found about $1,850 in repairs that needed to be done including replacing the front end lower control arms and flushing and refilling the automatic transmission fluid plus a driver’s side wheel that would need to be straightened for about $150-$300 elsewhere and a four wheel alignment after straightening of the wheel. The dealer, ABZ auto sales in Tacoma did all the necessary work for me, including having the wheel straightened elsewhere and the alignment at TNT and sold me the car for the original price quoted, which was a good deal, after the work was done. Their inspection allowed me to have the proper ammunition to get the dealer to make the necessary corrections and saved me about two grand to $2,200! Their fee of about $210 plus tax was indeed money well spent!

Today was one of a handful of times Michael worked with me and he is so patient and with a calming, kind, pleasant attitude. He helped to price four brand new all-weather tires, brakes, and a new headlight. The prices were fair, and he took the time to inform us about the tire warranty and answer our questions. We also purchased chains for our front tires and Eddie came outside to give us a chain demo. Talk about going above and beyond- he gave us tons of tips about the easiest way to put them on/take them off, and showed care in mentioning glove safety (dealing with freezing cold metal is no joke). Will always be coming back to this location for as long as I live close enough to drive here.
