    HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I had a friend end up in an unfortunate circumstance, (that being her car window was busted) who decided to take her car to SAFELITE to schedule an appointment temporarily wrap the car window. When we arrived we approached the lady at the service desk (Rose), then my friend began explaining her situation. The moment my friend mentioned not having the funds to pay at the moment the service lady's real character showed. Her tone was quick and sharp almost like her demeanor towards us changed. She was condescending when she brought up the previous mention of non payment thus intentionally mishearing the original message. She didn't allow us to really get a word in, by always talking over us and she was just plain RUDE. If she would have had an open mind and open heart and let us finish, giving her the full rundown then, the whole situation could have been avoided. We know that she was prejudiced towards us with a hint of discrimination and I will be calling corporate as well as contacting the local manager because this is unacceptable behavior. Mind you, we were recommended by a previous employee. We were so disgusted with her behavior that we didn't even make an appointment and we just walked out. Based off of this experience we will never be coming to safelite again.

    Ben and Rose are very friendly and helpful. They checked me in promptly and made sure all appreciate discounts were applied as well as explained cost options with or without deductible. I had to wait for the work so I really appreciated the phone charger, beverage station, TV and restroom availability. Several drop ins stopped in and the service techs came out to inspect each vehicle to ensure desired repairs could be done. One person even came in with a leak concern and the tech quickly diagnosed a improperly sealing sunroof, cleaned out the clog debris free of charge and sent the fellow happily on his way. I do wish they had vacuumed the entire car. My back window was vandalized and later that day I realized there was glass on the rear seat which I had to clean off for passengers. Nevertheless it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

    From the moment I scheduled the appointment and walked in for my appointment all the way through completion of my windshield replacement, the customer service was unbeatable! The entire staff makes you feel so welcomed and they are all extremely friendly and helpful! Rose helped me get checked in for my appointment and was also flexible in adjusting my appointment time sooner than I scheduled for as I needed recalibration also! She was very honest and upfront with what my wait time would be and continually checked in with me on updates and to ensure I was comfortable! Tanner concluded my visit with a thorough explanation of what was done and handed me my keys and paperwork with a smile! I’m grateful I chose Safelite on South Tacoma Way for my glass needs and will certainly return and refer anyone I know looking for an exceptional customer service experience and exemplary workmanship! Extra big thank you to both Rose & Tanner! The customer service world needs more delightful individuals like yourselves!
