- CRChris RFeb 2, 20261.0I waited over an hour to have a mechanic come out for a faulty light, on a truck i had reserved and was told it was ready. After waiting over an hour, I first was told they just got off lunch, and would be out shortly. Then after asking for assistance two more times, somone finally came out and looked at it. They said "I will be right back". 10 minutes later they came out to throw away some trash, and said it was shift change and that someone from the next shift would come out to help. When I asked how long it would be i was told another 10-15 minutes... At this point, I was expected to wait for a new mechanic to come out and diagnose the problem. Then go see if they have the part, even if they have the required parts on hand, it would probably take at least an additional 15 minutes for the repair. Insane to think a company this large treats is customers like this. At this point I canceled my reservation and left.

They said they looked for it but not sure how hard they looked because there are places in the truck my wallet could be so a very close inspection of the interior of the vehicle is required. I still haven't found my wallet so I'm 99% sure it's still in that truck.

The facility itself is tight and hard to get around but I usually drop on the street and they take care of moving it inside but what sells this 5 star is the main guy I deal with named Tony. Genuinely a good person and great to work with.
