First off, the manager working today (didn’t get his name) absolutely hooked me up and completely fixed my transmission issue I had going on in my truck FOR FREE….went in to have them take a quick look at my transmission fluid to see if they saw anything wrong since my truck had the famous Chevy shutter. Not only did he go down there and fix it in 10 min, he added some transmission additive I had bought from a different store, and also topped off my windshield wiper fluid. He fixed my truck in 10 min what Chevy service couldn’t do in 8 days. Also potentially saved me thousands by taking it to jiffy lube for a second opinion instead of taking it back to a dishonest shop that would charge me sky high (like the Chevy dealer). After he was done all he said was “have a good day, you dont owe me anything”. Thats a sign of a great business with even better management. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. I’d highly recommend taking your vehicle for care to this business. They definitely gained a customer today!!!
