    Was at the 2218 Mildred location a couple days ago for an oil top-off. It was pooring rain and a car was stuck (wouldn't start) in the left bay - so a bit of a line-up... regardless of that, the team at Jiffy Lube kept it together and moving with their great customer service! Thank you JL Team!

    I was very impressed by the entire operation, especially Jackson and Carlos! Friendly, professional and comprehensive. Not to mention the delicious doggie biscuits. My Jack Russell-Chihuahuas cannot wait to return.

    This was a bona-fide disaster. It started out a small problem, as the employee directing the line of cars heading for the bays, allowed two cars ahead of me. I can live with that by it's self, it's how the rest of the operation went that made that part seem worse than it was. I was there for a simple oil change, and knowing that I had a tattered rear window wiper, I asked for one of those too. I eventually made it to the bay for my turn after an hour. They were busy, so I get it, but remember how this started? As I sat during my oil change and wiper blade, I watched the guy doing the wiper blade. He was clearly struggling. I was distracted from this by one of the employees asking me to start my engine. I did, and the car was running very rough. Now I'm starting to feel my blood pressure rise. After about 15 minutes, and several attempts at figuring out the problem, one of the employees not working on my car came over and found something not put back together properly regarding the air filter. Ok...so, finally, after almost 2 hours and 135.00 dollars, I was paid up and ready to roll. I was ready to just chock everything up to them just being busy. But wait, not so fast! As I headed out of the Jiffy Lube drive through area, I saw something out of the corner of my eye in the rear view mirror, and heard a clacking sound. It was the rear window wiper cover. It just fell off. I hadn't even activated the wiper. It simply fell off. I stopped my car and walked to the back and picked up the cover to put it back on. At this point I was thinking about complaining about my experience, but was still in bite my tongue mode. I can tolerate more than most I think. But, when I went to put the cover back on the wiper I discovered that the blade was as beat up as the old one. Because it WAS the old one. The young lady that had been working with me said there was no way the old one was still on there. Almost immediately after that a young male employee walked out wthe new blade, which was ordered in while I was waiting for my turn. 2 of the Jiffy lube folks tried to install the new blade to no avail. I conversed with the person in charge about how this all went. She gave me a 10 dollar discount and apologized. I accepted this, went back to my car, popped the blade and cover on and drove away from that Jiffy Lube location for the first, and last time.
