I called to share my experience and there wasn’t even an apology. Not returning to this location. :/

I had to wait two days for the part to come in cuz they had to order it from the dealership. At this time it was a different manager but he was really nice and apologetic. Now I go get an oil change I look at my oil it's still dark not changed didn't see him put oil in it then when I asked him how much oil he said I was a court low. What he did was topped it off with the court. Now the little guy with the green eyes is pissed off because I asked him to do it again and then he's going to tell me I can't come back there anymore like he's the owner. I want the owner to reach out to me or someone else to reach out to me with some explanations and to teach their employees customer service cuz he always has an attitude. I've been coming to this location for over 2 years and for him to have the endocity tell me that I can't come back there he can kick rocks.
