- RWRebecca WithrowJul 22, 20251.0My experience!!! What I have experienced with intoxalot is a joke!! They don't focus on driving sober as much as they focus on how much money they can make off you. The more violations they can ding you for the more money you pay. I didn't have any, I covered my bases didn't drink and drive at all(duh). Had a dead battery in May, made sure I followed the rules but out of no where I get a violated and they gonna keep it going until November? WTH!!!! I didn't get the dui here and the state that I did get it in said 6 mo. I was weeks away from having it taken out and they pull this. Where and who comes up with all this extra crap I don't know. Daniel from the higher up, whom said he would make sure I didn't get dinged conveniently didn't do anything and has only called back 1 time in all the 10 times I called hi. To no avail has he helped at all. But he did give me a whole 40 dollars back to take down my last review... this company blows!!! No pun intended... and we won't mention how I still haven't got my license yet but they tell me I have to drive or I get locked out. And beware people the I'm on my 3rd battery.... oh geeze is that gonna be another 6 months? Better off taking my chances paying the ticket for driving without is cheaper than doing this so called program.
