I reserved a vehicle three months in advance and called four different times to confirm whether I needed to bring anything besides a form of payment and a valid driver’s license. Each time, I was told that was all I needed. Today, I showed up excited to pick up my vehicle for a trip I’ve already spent several thousand dollars on, only to be told that because I’m using a debit card, I would need a pay stub with the same address. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes with my company, I finally got a valid pay stub and provided it to them. Then I was told I needed several additional documents, none of which were ever mentioned in any of the four calls I made, and none of which I had with me. Instead of offering solutions, alternatives, or even a hint of professionalism, the employees started talking to each other about their plans after they clock out, practically ignoring me and clearly hoping I would just leave. Absolutely unprofessional. No workarounds, no customer support, and no accountability. I would not recommend this location to anyone and for that matter I would not recommend the company enterprise to anyone.

Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable rental experience. They kept in contact throughout the duration of the rental, which I truly appreciated. Side note this location is about 45 minutes from my home, and I pass two other Enterprise branches just to come here, that’s how great the service is! I will definitely be returning here again, again and again. Highly recommend!
