- CYChristelle YoussefDec 16, 20251.0I came to enterprise in market street and talked with Antonio i asked him if he had other options available to rent cz i needed something good and drivable until i get my car from the repair shop he started lying and saying that when i was talking with him on the phone yesterday i told him i wanted the cheapest option something small and that i will be paying out of pocket which i never said that and i asked him why are u lying he said im not and i told him i wanna listen to the call cause of course it was on a recorded line and he said we don’t record calls with customers, every company does that and he know that if we listen to the recording it will prove that he was lying, the lady next to him was wearing glasses and a blonde she was very disrespectful and rude too, she started saying if u want another option u need to pay out of pocket and said if u have a problem with that talk to ur insurance and revolve the issue with them i left at the end and went to another enterprise company cz i didn’t want to work with people like that.
