  My car had broken down and I needed a rental while I shopped for a new car. I was very stressed about the whole situation and my experience at this enterprise location took away so much stress. Everyone was very nice and they upgraded me when the car I requested wasn't available.

  Not a good experience. I opted to pay with a debit card and that was obviously a mistake. I sat and watched the 2 customers before me opt to pay with debit as well, no issues at all with them they were on their way in minutes. When I chose to do the same, all of a sudden I’m being asked for 3 personal references, their contact info, all of my job information including where my office is, my supervisors name and his contact info, all in front of a lobby full of people. The lady claimed they wouldn’t be reaching out to anyone, but it was so uncomfortable and weird to have to give that information out in the open. When I asked why I had to give all of that info and the other 2 people didn’t, she just repeatedly told me it was because I chose to use a debit card for payment. Again, neither of the 2 people before me had to go through all of that and they opted for the same payment method. Overall very uncomfortable and I likely won’t be renting with them again. The car worked well at least.

  They make the process very easy and quick and the customer service is excellent! Christian was wonderful and very pleasant. I did clean the car before I returned it but I feel like that is just customary. If I rented it clean and full of gas that’s how it should be returned. My deposit was returned in about a day with no issues. I will definitely be returning for any additional rental needs and will be sending all my friends and family. Thanks Christian for a great experience!

  GO ANYWHERE ELSE! POOR SERVICE! RUDE STAFF! As an emerald member I am well aware of how things are supposed to go. Was literally just treated less than human by Christian, who is a terrible choice to have added to the enterprise team! Christian left a message saying that there was no need to call back and if they would have the vehicle is ready. The vehicle was not ready Because they gave my car to somebody else! Upon calling and confronting, there is a lot of gas lighting and disrespect. A simple oops we made A mistake would’ve gone a long way! Guy seems like he enjoys making things more difficult. he then tried to lie about what the voicemail said, even though we have it ! Was told it would take an hour and a half for them to check me in for a vehicle that was already set up and there was only two people waiting and one of them left because they were taking too long! Going to be reporting him to corporate as well as this location. This behavior is completely unacceptable
