  Fast, efficient, done right! Got rear brakes and calipers done less that 2 hours. Jeremy the shop manager made me feel welcome and I left happy 😊

  You feel at home while waiting. You can always ask a question and get a response with the estimated cost and time. The customer service was friendly and accommodating.

  Make sure you don't leave anything valuable on or in your vehicle. My winch was stolen off of my truck, along with multiple lugnuts off of each wheel, in their parking lot, in the space they placed it. Ironically it was out of the view of their cameras. Professionals should not get nasty, when questioned about the winch or when questioned about if they are going to let my truck leave their premises with multiple missing lug nuts. Unfortunately, the shop that the manager suggested to rebuild the transmission, took longer then expected, causing it to be in their possession for an extended amount of time. We offered to pay everything up to date while the transmission was away and remove the truck until repairs were done, but we were told it would be fine and 100% safe. After all was said and done, we payed the full repair amount, plus storage, in cash. We were not going to write a review or make an issue over this, but after recently being told by a Buckys employee that it was a inside job, people need to be aware! As far as the actual work itself, its good.
