I brought a car battery in sideways... the acid spilled out and the man drove me to another shop to buy battery acid so I could charge at their shop.

The woman was doing her best to help several customers at once, while the man stood off to the side on his phone. She even asked him to ring me up, but he walked away. When he finally came back, I asked if he was going to help me, and he said no before going right back to his phone. The woman handled everything professionally, but it was hard to watch her do all the work while he refused to assist. The manager really needs to address his lack of customer service and professionalism.

- MPMa PSep 19, 20251.0Brought my battery to charge last night was given a ticket to pick it up the next day but was told that nobody charged it last night I walked a long distance to pickup my battery only to find out I have to wait 3 hours to charge it because no likes to work there I lost trust with AutoZone and will not do business or recommend anyone here, I will only do business with O'Reilly's only useless service here.
