The woman was doing her best to help several customers at once, while the man stood off to the side on his phone. She even asked him to ring me up, but he walked away. When he finally came back, I asked if he was going to help me, and he said no before going right back to his phone. The woman handled everything professionally, but it was hard to watch her do all the work while he refused to assist. The manager really needs to address his lack of customer service and professionalism.
