  Lady was helpful getting my stuff. Only gave it 3 stars because the oil I got was already used! PLEASE CHECK THE SEAL whenever you buy anything really! Really bummed I have to buy a new one.

  I had such a pleasant experience here. I had to get brakes for my car. I only knew the make and model and that it's a four-wheel drive. The person who worked there was able to go out to my car, tell me exactly what kind of brakes I needed and was able to tell me if I needed both front and back or just front brakes. I needed both. The person who helped me offered me multiple options as far as a budget-friendly option because at this moment in time, I did not have a bunch of money to spend. I had several bills come up all at the same time and I appreciated that they understood that I was on a limited budget and helped me find something that is a quality product for a lower cost. Everything was done on the computer screen where you can see it. They make everything as easy as they can for girls like me who don't know anything about cars. I felt taken care of. I felt heard. I felt like everything was explained to me in length. I didn't feel like anybody was trying to get over on me. That's a big one as females. Some places will take advantage of the fact that we don't know very much about cars, but I did not get that sense from these people whatsoever. Quite the opposite. The person that I spoke to is a certified mechanic. Thank you guys for making it such a pleasant experience. There was tons of parking in the parking lot. There's a little bit of loose gravel in half the lot but the other half is a regular, paved driveway. Wheelchair accessible. Flat surface from the parking lot into the store itself. The store and the entrants are flat. Also. I wouldn't say it's kid friendly but it's not anti-child friendly either.

  I love all the staff at AutoZone on Pacific avenue off of 72nd. They are all very helpful polite and funny. I get parts from there quite often. My only problem is with their delivery from Lacey. If they don't have a part in store they'll order it for you. It usually gets brought down from lacey. They have changed the way they deliver parts to their stores. Lacey will not send parts down unless there are several parts being delivered to tacoma. Therefore it makes it kind of hard for the parts associates to tell you exactly when your part is going to be in. I've been waiting 24 hours to have one of the main parts I need to fix this vehicle I have tried to call corporate and customer service every time I dial that number they hang up on me. I will always shop at AutoZone on Pacific avenue near 72nd. They're great people. However I definitely will try not to order parts that they don't have in their store.
