  Garbage service department. Horrible experience. Never have I ever been treated so shitty. Amanda in the service department is the most incompetent (service ADVISOR) THAT DONT ADVISE OF ANYTHING , OR RETURN PHONE CALLS EVEN AFTER THE (SERVICE) MANAGER GETS INVOLVED. IF THERE SERVICE WAS FREE I WOULD STILL NEVER RETURN.... HORRIBLE....

  If the Rebel Alliance had a service department, it would be Sunset Chevrolet—and Lorenzo would absolutely be running point with a headset and a calm “I’ve got this” while everything explodes around him. Rolled in with my Chevy dually like it had just limped out of a podrace—massive tear in the inner rear tire, no appointment, mild panic levels approaching Death Star trench run. These guys didn’t blink. They brought it in, assessed the damage like seasoned Jedi, and delivered the verdict: puncture too close to the sidewall and angled wrong—this tire was headed to the dark side and not coming back. Here’s where it gets ridiculous (in a good way). I had a warranty from when I bought the truck, and instead of giving me the classic “we’ll see you in two weeks” routine, they seemed to hyper-speed everything. Tire showed up in a couple days, and AGAIN—no appointment—they slid me in like I had a VIP pass to the cantina. Rebalanced the spare, mounted the new tire, and had me back on the road faster than the Millennium Falcon hitting hyperspace and/or the Kessel Run! And Lorenzo? Absolute legend. Kind, empathetic, communicates like a pro, and somehow makes you feel like your tire emergency is the most important mission in the galaxy. Every step was clear, no nonsense, no guessing—just solid, dependable service. Give this man a raise. Or at least a really cool lightsaber. 10/10. Would trust them with my truck, my fleet, and possibly the fate of the galaxy.

  Sales Rep = 5 Stars. Dealer Ownership = 1 Star Any dealership charging "market adjustments" or markup (+$10k on C8/Grandsport Corvette) should take a serious look in the mirror. There is a reason certain "national" dealers are moving hundreds of Corvettes per year. They are easy to work with, charge MSRP or less, and will ship the vehicle to my house. Serious buyers should not reward these money grabs - dealers need to EARN our business, not the other way around. ADM = Alternate dealer makes the sale. Craig was great. Too bad Sunset's management cost him a sale.

  We did not end up with my 1st choice of vehichle (we took too long to make a decision about making the 100 mile trip to look at vehichles and it sold the night before, also not sure my husband would have liked it anyways, he is a little picky) but we are 1000% satisfied with our purchase, the service we received from the entire team, and how easy the process was. The team went above and beyond staying late, making arrangements to meet us at a time and place that was convient for us, and hunting down specific things that did not come with the car but were on our list of must haves. Absolutely worth the drive to have the VIP treatment and peace of mind from choosing to buy exclusively from Sunset!!!

  Sunset is my go to they always take care of me very well . It was kind of hectic for me cause my terrific salesman took a great opportunity closer to home . So here came my stress of choosing a sales person I know I can work with it’s tremendously hard to replace your guy that always comes through for you . Jason the sales manager really stepped up to the plate beautifully and a New but a very caring and energetic motivated sales agent were able to keep up and assist me in the creativity I came to do . Long story short I achieved with the assistance of the great professionals and even better people at sunset all the goals I personally set out to achieve which can be tricky . But ultimately drove off that lot with the Best Half-Ton not only in looks but in options sunset had to offer the 2026 Silverado 1500 ZR2 thing is loaded the Nines in Cypress grey, Black with perforated grey stone leather and interior . Thank you to the entire sunset team for the Hard work and professionalism always given Furthermore take advantage of no pressure Sunday
