Have to shout out Lucas who patiently answered all my questions & helped me re-set that dang idiot light telling me I needed to get my oil change. Thanks to these folks I now have a prioritized list of additional services to have completed (including a filter change the dealer told me did not exist in my car). I'll be back in the very near future!

After driving the recommended mileage, I went to a different Valvoline location, where I was told the previous place had put in 11.3 quarts of oil when the recommended amount is 6.4 quarts. The rep doing my oil change expressed concern about the overfill and advised me to contact the Sumner location immediately for a full inspection. For a place that specializes in oil changes, I’m completely baffled, perplexed, and confused as to how this could happen. Seriously, how is that possible? When I called the Sumner location to share my concern, the resolution was even worse—they suggested I bring my car back to the same place I no longer trust for a proper inspection. I suggested taking it to a third party for an unbiased opinion on my engine’s condition. The assistant manager, Riden, was rude and unhelpful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
