In addition to the oil change, they replaced 2 license plate lights and the cabin air filter. (I wasn’t aware that that filter even existed!). I was extremely pleased and impressed with the people, their service, and the overall operation. Holly was the lead person in providing service to me, and she was well-supported by Nicholas, Abel, Ken, Kush, and a young man (whose name I didn’t get). Thanks, folks!!!

They continually do a great job, which helps my 12 year old car run smoothly. I also want to give shout outs to Ken & Mateo in particular!

The gal that knocked on my window at the Graham location was Rude. I was informed to back up so another car could go in front of me after waiting for an hour and a half and I was first in line. I am understanding that there's lines. I'm understanding that somebody has to go in front of me if you actually explain it instead of being a rude snot. Regardless, at that time I left and I went to the sumner location immediately and they treated me great were all extremely nice and professional I will be using Sumner moving forward.
