  John was great in helping me find my new Bronco! He listened to me talk about my original Bronco from the 70's in orange with the white top that I loved driving. I am loving driving my new Bronco Big Bend with all the technology upgrades since the 70's. Heated seats, GOAT modes, road assist in the side mirrors, Blue tooth connect for distraction free phone calls, so many listening choices in the music system, etc. John also listened to my financial concerns and found me a great deal!!

  We went to Sunset Ford after checking out trucks at a Chevy dealership. My husband loves his Ford trucks and was shopping for a long bed double cab truck. Sunset Ford had exactly what he desired!! Twin cab, long bed, gas engine, tailgate with a step, and the perfect color!! The cherry on top was it was less money than the Chevy Truck!!

  I called Sunset for 4 time on a truck they had advertised, I spoke to 4 different people, not any off them could tell me where the truck was located, two said they would call be back never did, I got a call from another who was rude arrogant I hung up on him, he continued to call me 5 more time, I told him not to call me anymore, then he sent me text messages, not sure why car sales people are this way, I really wanted to purchase the truck, now I will go elsewhere, I have been looking for months and I taught I had found it but Sunset ford and the people they hire to sell vehicles are unbelievably ignorant

  Wouldn't give me a loaner for 1, I can get past that, didn't finish it on the 1 day it was supposed there..I can get past that. What i can't get past is trying to get my truck back. Wouldn't drop it off cause I was outside the 10 mile range even though they said they would, I drove 2 vehicles down there, and back on my gas, and we are broke. This was all recall work. So I finally got them to agree to meet me at a school that's within their 10 miles at 230..then after waiting 45 minutes I get a text saying the eta to get my truck was 4:16...posted photos to show messages. THEN I get home cause im not waiting and making my ride wait another hour and half. I get a call saying we are here with your truck? I ask him to bring it to my house taking account of all this. He says, " Ill have to get back to you on that.".really? So I text him a photo after waiting, of the 416 time. He asks for my address. Finally deliver the truck. Now later on I get into my truck and the passenger side pillar is sticking out and both driver AND passenger seat belts are so hard to pull now, and BOTH won't adjust up or down, and I don't want to bring it back cause it's not worth it! Ill figure it out i guess, also AFTER driving I see that my camera system in case of a wreck is unplugged at the camera not the cig lighter power, so if I woulda wrecked in this 2 day time frame I wouldn't have had camera evidence. I bought this brand new and honestly didn't even notice the recall issues. Now I get my truck back and it's not even put back together properly. I told the story to management..or my wife did cause I was too heated at the time, before i noticed the shotty work. He apologized....and was nice on the phone. Im sure some people get great service sometimes. I did not.

  Excellent Experience at Sunset Ford - Ask for Bryan Anderson! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Sunset Ford in Sumner! Bryan Anderson was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He worked with me at both Sunset Chevrolet and Sunset Ford, and his approach was exactly what I needed - knowledgeable, patient, and never once did I feel pressured. Bryan took the time to really understand what I was looking for and respected my wants and needs throughout the entire process. He made car shopping actually enjoyable, which is saying something! I walked away with a Ford Bronco Sport that I absolutely love. What really impressed me was the dedication of the whole team. They stayed until 8pm to get everything finalized so I could take my new car home that night. That kind of service and commitment to their customers is something special. If you're in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and work with Bryan Anderson and the team at Sunset Ford. They made what can be a stressful experience smooth and even fun. Highly recommend!
